Custom Closets & Storage in Heber City.
Wasatch County
From the Heber Valley to Midway to Jordanelle — custom storage for Utah's mountain communities.
Heber Valley sits in a sweet spot — quieter than Park City, but with the same access to the mountains and the same mix of full-time residents and second-home owners. The housing reflects it: working-ranch-era homes in the older blocks of Heber City and Midway, custom builds along the Jordanelle and Deer Creek corridors, golf-community estates in Red Ledges, Tuhaye, and Victory Ranch, and newer family neighborhoods spreading across the valley floor. Each one has its own storage challenge.
Cutting Edge has delivered closets, garages, mudrooms, gear rooms, and pantries to homeowners throughout the Heber Valley. A Red Ledges custom home with a primary suite the size of an apartment. A Midway farmhouse where the master closet is a converted hallway nook. A Jordanelle ski home that needs a real gear room — boot dryers, vertical board racks, helmet hooks — instead of a closet with hooks. The work goes wherever the need does.
Heber Valley projects share a few characteristics with Park City work — and a few that are distinct. The mountain-home finish standard is the same: solid wood door fronts, glass-front cabinetry, integrated lighting, and premium hardware are common. But Heber homes also tend to lean a little more practical — a working ranch in Daniel needs a mudroom that survives muddy boots, not just a designer's idea of one.
What sets Heber Valley projects apart
- Mountain-home finishes. Heber homeowners tend to spec finishes that match the rest of the house — solid wood, stained or painted, with hardware and lighting that read intentional. We build across the full finish spectrum, but Heber projects often skew toward the higher end.
- Gear rooms and mudrooms. Skis, boards, fly rods, mountain bikes, and snowshoes accumulate fast in the valley. Dedicated gear rooms with boot dryers, vertical racks, helmet hooks, and goggle drawers — plus mudrooms with individual cubbies and bench seating — are some of the most-requested projects.
- Second-home coordination. Many Heber Valley homeowners are out of state for part of the year. We coordinate design, approval, and install around your schedule — 3D renderings and quotes can be reviewed remotely, and we schedule installs around your visits.
- New-construction timing. Custom builds in Red Ledges, Tuhaye, Victory Ranch, and the Jordanelle developments are common. We can quote from blueprints before drywall and coordinate with the builder on electrical, framing, and access.
